如何制作火锅酱?
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon of dried chili peppers (adjust to your desired spice level)
- 1 tablespoon of dried coriander
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce) can of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of water
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chili peppers, coriander, cumin, black peppercorns, and ground black pepper. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the diced tomatoes and vegetable broth to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cornstarch and water to the pot and whisk until dissolved.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
Tips:
- For a richer sauce, use high-quality tomatoes.
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer chili peppers.
