想要什么?

I'm not sure what I want. I'm just wandering around, feeling lost and confused. I need to figure out what I want in life, but I don't know where to start.

Here are some things I've thought about:

  • I want to be successful.
  • I want to be happy.
  • I want to make a difference in the world.
  • I want to travel the world.
  • I want to learn new things.

But I'm not sure which of these is truly what I want. I feel like I'm constantly chasing after different goals, but I never seem to find anything that sticks.

What can I do to figure out what I really want?

  1. Reflect on your values and beliefs. What is important to you? What values do you hold dear? What do you believe in?
  2. Explore your interests and passions. What do you enjoy doing? What are you naturally drawn to? What sparks your curiosity?
  3. Talk to others. Talk to friends, family, mentors, and colleagues about your thoughts and feelings. Get their perspectives and insights.
  4. Take personality tests and assessments. These tests can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, and provide you with some insights into your personality.
  5. Journaling. Write down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This can help you identify patterns and make connections between different aspects of your life.
  6. Set SMART goals. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals can help you stay focused and motivated on your journey to figuring out what you really want.
  7. Be patient and persistent. It takes time to figure out what you really want. Don't get discouraged if you don't find it immediately. Keep exploring, experimenting, and learning about yourself along the way.
